Our approach to providing these services is simple: pregnancy and birth are normal and natural rites of passage in a woman's life. It is our goal to bring this knowledge to every woman desiring choices in childbirth.

Tina received her Doula training through CAPPA (Childbirth And Postpartum Professional Association), HypnoBirthing Professional Labor Companion (HBPLC) training through the HypnoBirthing® Institute, and Certified Child-birth Educator training through Advanced Birthing Concepts.
